🌿 My Story
I’ve been where you are.
I understand how anxiety and emotional overwhelm can hold you back, how it affects your sense of self, the way you respond to others and the impact it has on your mental and physical health because I've been there too.
I really do understand the struggles, the self doubt, the loss of willpower and the feeling that everyone else has their life together other than you.
My goal is to support women who are feeling just as overwhelmed as I was and who don't know where to turn by combining my lived experience with the tools and holistic methods I've learnt, to support women just like YOU with genuine understanding, honesty, compassion and practical guidance, so you don’t have to walk this path alone.
🌿 You can feel calm, resilient and confident again and I’m here to help you get there with a choice of weekly sessions or block packages.
Who is this support for?
I work with women who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking, emotional eating, low confidence, fears or phobias, and emotional overwhelm linked to life or hormonal changes.
How does Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) help?
CBH helps you understand how thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and habits interact. We work practically to change unhelpful patterns and develop calmer, more balanced responses.
Is this talking therapy, CBT or hypnosis?
It’s a combination of the three. Sessions include structured conversation, practical CBT tools, and hypnosis where appropriate. Everything is collaborative and explained clearly.
Do I need to believe in hypnosis for it to work?
Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of attention and works alongside cognitive and behavioural techniques. You remain fully aware and in control at all times and will receive faster results if you are willing to fully focus.
Is this a gentle approach?
Yes. The work is paced to suit you. We work with what is showing up for you right now. There’s no pressure to relive distressing experiences or push through discomfort unnecessarily.
You're not alone in wondering.......
What you’re feeling is incredibly common and no, you’re not “too emotional” or imagining things.
Hormonal shifts, life experiences and the female body's struggle to absorb certain nutrients during certain hormonal stages significantly impacts our mood, emotional regulation and how we respond to stress.
The good news? There is a way through for you. With the right support and tools, you can feel more balanced, positive, more grounded and more like yourself again.
When your brain is constantly racing, it’s often a sign that your nervous system is overwhelmed and this is incredibly common.
You’re not weak or doing anything wrong. Your mind is trying to keep you safe based on past patterns and experiences.
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and mindfulness-based techniques for anxiety, overwhelm and negative thoughts, can help slow down the mental noise, reduce your overthinking and bring your nervous system back into a calm, steady state.
Your confidence is buried under the confusion of change, hormonal exhaustion and perhaps years of looking after everyone but yourself.
You don’t have to go it alone. With my support and practical guidance, you can connect with the new version of yourself that feels empowered, calm, resilient and confident
